Having our herbs fresh and hand
near the kitchen is a pleasure when cooking especially if we remember that
these not only help us decorate a lighted area of the kitchen, but also delight
us with their delicate aromas.
All herbs are suitable for
planting in pots, provided they have appropriate drainage, not to rot the roots
and place in a sunny area of your kitchen. Small herbs such as chives, basil,
thyme, oregano, parsley, coriander and sage, are best suited to these
situations.
Larger herbs like rosemary,
should be trimmed regularly, and more tender as the case of cilantro, and basil
are annuals, need no more care, and can be grown very easily but should replant
it in winter usually dry.
Keep in mind this to some corner
of the kitchen, balcony or terrace, herbs are an excellent choice as colorful
foliage as well as delicate a touch of their plants to their environment will
be awarded the delicious combination of flavors that both we like.
